By accessing and using Airtide("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Airtide provides a platform for purchasing mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo networks in Ghana. Our Service enables users to buy data bundles at competitive prices with delivery to their mobile phones.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Have a valid Ghanaian mobile phone number
• Have access to a valid payment method
• Agree to provide accurate and complete information

When you purchase data bundles through Airtide:

• All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
• Payment must be completed before data delivery
• We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and other approved payment methods
• All transactions are final once the data bundle is delivered

We strive to deliver all data bundles within 1 to 30 minutes of successful payment confirmation. However, delivery times may vary due to network conditions or technical issues. If you do not receive your data bundle within 1 hour of payment, please contact our customer support.

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Payment was deducted but data was not delivered within 1 hour
• Wrong amount was charged due to a system error
• Duplicate transactions occurred

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. We reserve the right to investigate and verify all refund claims. See our full Refund Policy for details.

As a user of Airtide, you agree to:

• Provide accurate phone numbers and payment information
• Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the Service
• Keep your account credentials secure

Airtide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
